I am getting ready to head out to the long awaited NJEA Communication Tool Workshop. Meanwhile, along with the video of a tornado that crossed a VA highway on Thursday, Oct. 13th I found this video of a terrifying phenomenon on Joanne and Allen's Carolina Beach.
